At Kami Cha, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality matcha. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Because matcha is a perishable food product, we have strict guidelines for returns to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
- Timeframe: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your matcha must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following:
- Opened or used matcha powder or tea bags.
- Matcha accessories (whisks, bowls, spoons) that have been used.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective).
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We take pride in our packaging, but if your Kami Cha order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
- Send an email to business.rupayan@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged goods at no extra cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item (unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
